What documents do I need for identity verification?
To complete the verification process, you’ll need to provide a selfie along with a valid government-issued ID.
This can be one of the following: identity card, passport, driver’s license, or residence card.
Helpful guidelines for submitting your documents:
Make sure the document is government-issued.
Ensure the document is current and not expired.
The document should clearly show your date of birth.
Please also make sure of the following:
Submit a photo where the entire document is visible (all 4 corners must be shown).
Provide images of both the front and back of the document (screenshots from a PC or mobile device are not accepted).
Send the document in JPEG or PNG format.
The document must not be password-protected.
