Before starting the identity verification process, ensure that the personal details in your account match those on your documents:
Go to the "Settings" menu and complete the "Personal Details" and "Location" fields.
Click on "Confirm Changes".
Follow the instructions on screen to complete the update.

Go to the "Verification" menu and click "Start".
Select your country of residence from the drop-down and click "Save".
Confirm that your personal details match your documents and click "Confirm".
Select your area of residence, read the disclaimer, and click "Agree and continue".
Pick the type and issuing country of your document.
Choose your document type: Residence permit, ID card, Passport, or Driver’s license.
Upload both the front and back sides of your document.
✅ Once completed, your account will be submitted for verification.
