How can I update or reset my Live trading account password?

🔑 Important: The password for logging in to TradeLocker is separate from the one you use to log in to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account. Please check your email for your TradeLocker credentials.

If you already have a TradeLocker trading account but can’t find the email with your login details, or if you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, you can easily update it through your broker account.

To reset your trading (live) account password:

  1. Log in to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account.

  2. Go to the “Accounts” page.

  3. In the “My Accounts” section, locate the trading account you want to update and click on “View.”

  4. Click on the three dots icon and select “Change Password.”

  5. Confirm by clicking on the “Change Password” button.

  6. Check your email inbox for the new login credentials for your TradeLocker trading account.
