Why can’t I connect to my trading platform?
There could be a few reasons why you’re having trouble connecting to your trading platform. Here are some steps to help you sort it out:

  • Make sure you’ve entered your login credentials, password, and server name correctly when logging into your trading platform. These credentials are sent to your email after setting up a live or demo account. Keep in mind that details are case-sensitive, so double-check your typing.

  • If you can’t locate the email with your login, password, and server name, you may need to reset your trading platform credentials. Log in to your Paramount Capital Fx account and go to the “Accounts” page. In the “My Accounts” section, select the trading account you want to update, click on the “View” button, then use the three dots icon to choose “Change Password.” Confirm, and new login credentials will be sent to your email. Use these to access your trading platform.

  • If you’re using TradeLocker, you can also visit the official TradeLocker service status page to check if there are any ongoing technical issues affecting login attempts.

  • If you’re having trouble opening a new trade, it’s also a good idea to check market opening times, as this may affect your ability to place trades.
