What is a Support PIN code on my broker account?
A “Support PIN Code”, which you’ll find on your Dashboard, is a unique identifier linked to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account. To keep your account secure, we update your Support PIN Code from time to time, but you also have the option to generate a new one anytime by clicking on the “Generate new” button.
When you contact our Customer Support, the agent might request your Support PIN Code in certain situations to verify your identity and ensure they’re speaking with the actual account owner. This extra security layer helps protect your account from unauthorized access and guarantees that only you can make changes or access sensitive information.
