Why can’t I open any trades?

Possible reasons why you may not be able to open trades in TradeLocker:

  • Your account balance is insufficient to meet the margin requirements.

  • The market is closed (outside trading hours).

  • Your account may be set to close-only mode (for example, if it is under review or if there are restrictions applied).

  • You may have reached the maximum number of open positions or lots allowed by the trading rules.

  • Technical issues may temporarily affect the trading platform.
