How can I check the status of my withdrawal?
Log in to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account.
Go to the “Withdrawals” tab.
You’ll be able to see the current status of your withdrawal request directly on the Withdrawals page.

Withdrawal Waiting Process
Your withdrawal request has been received and is awaiting approval.
Approvals usually take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawal Pending
Additional information may be required.
Please check your email for any requests from our team.
Withdrawal Selfie Requested
For security purposes, we may ask you to confirm your identity by submitting a selfie.
Check your email for detailed instructions.
Withdrawal Drafted
Your withdrawal is undergoing a standard security check.
Withdrawal Waiting Confirmation
Your withdrawal has been approved and sent.
It is moving through the cryptocurrency network, which can take 1–3 hours depending on traffic.
Withdrawal Sending
Similar to “Waiting Confirmation.” Your withdrawal has been approved and is currently processing on the network.
Withdrawal Waiting Info
Your withdrawal cannot be processed yet because required details are missing (e.g., wallet address).
Update your withdrawal request with the correct information.
Withdrawal Approved
Your withdrawal has been successfully approved.
Withdrawal Rejected
Your withdrawal was rejected.
You can view the reason for rejection in the withdrawal comments section of your account.
Withdrawal Canceled
Your withdrawal request was canceled by you.
