Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

If your withdrawal request is rejected, here are some common reasons why this may happen:

  • You may not have reached the minimum withdrawal amount required.

  • If your account has a negative balance or equity, withdrawals cannot be processed until the account is back in balance.

  • Your account must be verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request can be approved.


How to check your withdrawal status?

You can always review the current status of your withdrawal under the “Withdrawals” tab in your Paramount Capital Fx account.

Possible statuses:

  • Withdrawal Waiting Process – Your request has been submitted and is awaiting approval. This step can take up to 24 hours.

  • Withdrawal Pending – Additional information may be required. Please check your email for further instructions.

  • Withdrawal Drafted – Your request is undergoing a standard security check.

  • Withdrawal Waiting Confirmation – Your withdrawal has been approved and is being processed through the blockchain. This usually takes 1–3 hours, depending on network traffic.

  • Withdrawal Waiting Info – Your request is on hold until you provide your crypto wallet address.

  • Withdrawal Approved – Your withdrawal has been fully approved.

  • Withdrawal Rejected – Your withdrawal was declined. You can review the reason for rejection in the withdrawal transaction comments section.
