How do I make a withdrawal?
Important: After you confirm your withdrawal request, you’ll need to enter your crypto wallet address.
Steps:
Log in to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account.
Head over to the “Withdrawals” page.
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to use for your withdrawal from the “Withdrawal Type” drop-down menu.
In the “Select a Wallet” section, pick the wallet you wish to use for the payout.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the “Amount in USD” field.
Click the “Request Withdrawal” button to confirm.
You’ll then be asked to provide your crypto wallet address, which should be given by your Crypto Wallet Provider.
Once entered, click on “Withdraw” to finalize your request.
If your withdrawal pop-up window doesn’t appear automatically:
Open your “Withdraw” tab.
Scroll to the right side of the page to locate the last column named “Actions”.
Click on the “Fill Info” button.
Enter your wallet address in the new pop-up window.
Things to note:
Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically take 1–3 hours, depending on blockchain network traffic.
If your account has a negative balance or equity, withdrawals will not be processed until the account is back in balance.
Your account must be verified (KYC) to request any withdrawal.
