How do I make a withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal from your Paramount Capital Fx account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Paramount Capital Fx broker account.
Go to Funds in the main menu.
Select Withdraw.
Select the wallet address you want to use for the withdrawal. The wallet must have been previously added in Crypto Details, under the Funds section.
If you have not added a wallet address in Crypto Details, you will not be able to request a withdrawal.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Click “Request Withdrawal” to confirm your request.
How long does a withdrawal take?
After submitting your withdrawal request, please allow 12–24 hours for it to be processed.
During holidays, processing may take 1–2 days. Withdrawals requested on Sundays may also take longer than 1 day to process.
Important
Make sure your withdrawal wallet address has been added correctly under Funds → Crypto Details before requesting a withdrawal.
